The NADA Protocol (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) is a 5 point treatment of the ears which taps into and regulates your main detox points. This clinical therapy was initially developed for the support of drug and alcohol addicts but has since been proven to help a range of physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances. At HGR, this therapy is blended with a range of relaxing, supportive and healing modalities to give you a beautifully holistic treatment and a deeply transformative experience.
As a one off treatment you can expect to feel relaxed, balanced and perhaps even energised but NADA is best experienced as an on-going support to help with: addictions such as alcohol, drugs, food etc, trauma (physical and emotional), grief and loss, anxiety, fear, depression, poor sleep, anger/rage, a chaotic mind, sweats, cramps, inflammation, stress, fatigue and your overall mental, physical and immune systems’ health. Getting to the root of the problem without being a talking therapy, this is a deeply relaxing yet powerful way to give you back control, in a balanced and healthy way.
NADA is accessible to anyone and everyone. You do not need any specific beliefs or experiences as this is a proven, clinical treatment which works indiscriminately. At HGR, all are welcome, this is an inclusive, non-judgemental and accessible space. NADA works for all!
At HealGrowRelax, I offer a range of treatments; from one to one experiences, group packages and deeper ceremonial journeys, there is a NADA session to suit you and support you to bring more ease, balance and joy into your life.
One to one sessions: Each session is 60 minutes (approx, I usually run over a bit so please let me know beforehand if you need to get going…). We have a time to ‘tune in’ (meditation, visualisation, breathing, self-enquiry questions, etc) , then it’s time for you to blissfully surrender to your NADA treatment. For our one to ones you will lay on the bed so I can use energy healing (Reiki, crystals, sound, etc) to cleanse, heal and support your journey. There will always be a special herbal drink after too.
